o Shall be appointed by newly elected President with Board of Managers

o Shall read the Bylaws and be familiar with them
o Shall be familiar with Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised – 10th Edition
* Parliamentary authority adopted by the National PTA
* Adoption by local units is required
o Shall serve on Standing Rules and Bylaws Committees as needed
o Conduct necessary phone or email votes as directed by the President
